Children should always be under supervision while wearing our bows. We do our best to safely secure all finishes and embellishments, but if removed they could impose a choking hazard to small children.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your current turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days for bows and 10-15 business days for banners. Turnaround time for all other custom orders will depend on size, quantity, and special requests. Please be advised that this time frame only applies to the completion of your order, once it is dropped off at the post office you will receive a tracking number that will let you know when they will deliver your package.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do! Please send us an email or a dm on Facebook, once we have gone over all the details, we will send you an invoice. We will NOT start your order until the invoice is paid. Custom orders need to be placed 3 weeks in advance.
What type of finish do the bows come with?
You have the option of a 1 3/4" alligator clip (with teeth), nylon headband, or hair tie.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, all sales are final. When you receive your order if a piece is broken, you received the wrong item, if something is ripped, something came apart, or it has the wrong finish (their must be a note in your order) please send us an email with your order number and a picture of the item.
Can we pick-up an order if we're local (Conroe,The Woodlands, Willis)?
Yes! We have a local pick-up option at check out. Please make sure to select this option otherwise we will NOT be refunding shipping. You will need to reach to us to set up a pickup time.

-Please be advised that the print of each bow will vary do to the hand cut nature of the item.
-All products come from a smoke-free, cat and dog-friendly home.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we drop off the package at the post office, it is out of control and you will need to get in touch with the post office.
